Gary Munsey has been a Real Estate Professional since 2016. He is a Portland native who worked in engineering for 35 years before deciding to join his wife, Amy, in Real Estate—he decided she was having too much fun!
Gary purchased his first home when he was in his 20's. Over the years Gary and Amy have purchased and sold many homes, using a variety of different financing methods, negotiating through the many issues that commonly arise. Old houses and new houses, Gary has seen it. Gary has renovated an 1895 Queen Anne Victorian and a 1900 Craftsman. Gary shares Amy's belief in people and believes deeply in the mission of Wildwood Realty.
Gary's super powers are observation and the ability to listen. Gary believes everyone has something important to say. He also notices the small details when walking through a property with his clients and often points out interesting details clients love to know.
Gary's idea of a perfect day in Portland is a bike ride along Marine Drive, coffee at St. Honore on NW Thurman St, and playing Classical or Jazz on his grand piano next to the fire. If he isn't cycling during his off-time, he is hiking the Wildwood Trail with his wife, Amy.
