Amy Munsey has been a Real Estate Professional since 2009. She is a Seattle native who moved to Portland in 1991, worked in engineering, and started selling Real Estate. She is licensed in Oregon and California.
Amy purchased her first home when she was 19. During that process, she fell in love with buying and selling real estate.
Before entering Real Estate full time, Amy earned her degree in Political Science, worked as a mechanical designer in construction engineering for 22 years, traveled a bit, and completed three Master Degree programs in Political Science, Conflict Resolution, and Adult Education. Amy considers her decision to become a full-time Real Estate professional an excellent one. She enjoys assisting her clients as they meet their goals: their delight is her happiness.
Amy's super power is honoring the abilities of others. She believes every person has a story and because of that, they possess incredible experience and ability. Her attitude toward her clients stems directly from this belief—their desires are her directive.
Amy's idea of a perfect day in Portland, Oregon is lunching at Petite Provence on Alberta and shopping for fabric at Bolt, followed by a hike on the Wildwood Trail in Forest Park. And then, sewing while listening to Ira Glass' 'This American Life' podcasts.
